Description
We have an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Support Leader for Norway to join the team in the beautiful sunny location of Malta. 

The role will include supervising and controlling the call centre activity related to calls, chats, emails and tickets which includes assisting the help desk support and operational support for customers service related activities. The candidate will be responsible for training new employees, update customer service manuals and provide the best customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

- Fluent in both Norwegian and English. Additional languages will be an advantage
- Previous experience in a team leader/customer service role 
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software
