How we charge

BeesWax Europe does not charge an upfront fee or retainer for our contingency service. We take the client brief, research the market, provide a shortlist of pre-screened and language tested candidates and arrange the interviews. Once the client has agreed to offer an employment contract and the candidate accepts we charge a fee. This fee is typically based on the salary level of the candidate and the difficulty in locating the particular skills. Our fee becomes payable 30 days after the candidate start date. This service is best suited to low volume recruitment projects.
