Swedish Service desk agents are responsible for
- Providing general and technical support to Swedish customers via phone & email
- Identifying and troubleshooting customer problems & escalating when necessary
- Place outbound follow-up calls to ensure issues are closed
- Service Desk, Help desk or IT Support experience &/or education
- Native level Swedish, with fluent English
The successful candidates will receive a competitive base salary plus relocation allowance and paid Language courses.
