Shift: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
Salary: £8.75 per hour and then rising to £9.25 per after probation
Our Client is a leading provider within the field across a multi-sector capacity. Due to continued growth and international development, they are looking to appoint a French Speaking Customer Care Advisor on a full time and permanent basis.
As the French Speaking Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
Inbound call support: You will be taking inbound calls from French speaking customers and providing great customer support and technical support for the B2B Software sector.
Troubleshooting product features and functionality on a daily basis.
Dealing with customer complaints and providing timely solutions on a daily basis.
Working towards Set Serviced – level agreements to ensure all Customer Investigations are completed in a timely manner.
As the French speaking Customer Care Advisor you will need to have the following skills:
Must be fluent in French to native speaking level.
Must also be fluent in English to communication level.
Previous Customer Service experience is essential for this role.
Previous experience of problem solving in a customer service capacity is highly desirable.
