- Our client, the number one baby brand in the UK is currently seeking to recruit French Speaking Customer Care Advisors for their offices in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Explaining how products are used, assisting when something goes wrong, arranging spares and replacements, signposting to suppliers or organisations, quality assessment returns and complaints.
Consumer feedback is priceless, so you’ll be expected to gather insight that not only helps resolve consumer issues, but feeds into process improvement and product development initiatives.
You’ll attend stakeholder meetings within our Head Office with the opportunity to influence and contribute to department business plans and actions.
As the voice of our consumers and our brand advocate, it’s expected that you can represent their needs and ours with clarity, impartiality, common sense and good judgement.
You’ll use the latest cloud software solutions to provide direct support to consumers currently in the UK, USA, Canada, France and Australia. As technology continues to evolve, you will need to embrace new channels that are designed to improve both the consumer and Product Pro service experience.
It is a permanent opportunity with 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Shifts can start at 7 am and finish at 10 pm so we require flexibility within those hours. Additionally some weekends might be required on rota.
